How to build your body

I'm sure every dude want their body to look like Sylvester Stallone, Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), Hugh Jackman, Vin Diesel and hell a lot more. Well here's some tut on how to build your body. These

  1. Try do as many push up as you can. Divide the amount of push up into 2. Example, if you can do as many as 20 push up, your reps in one set will be 10. Try to do three set in a day. After you got a hang in this, you can add 5 more reps. Do the same thing sit up and other types of workout of your choice.
  2. Don't give up. Tired of workout?? Nevermind this is a common problem. Your body can do more than you know because there is a scientific study which suggests our brain is actually stopping us from doing more after series of workout because fear of injury. But our body can withstand all that strenuous workout.
  3. Take nutritious food. Take more veggies and fruits. Eat low fat protein
