Seperti yang semua peminat Metallica di Malaysia, Tallica boys live kat Stadium Merdeka pada malam tadi kol 9 malam. Opening dibuat oleh band thrash metal kita iaitu Cromok. Sebenarnya wa ada niat nak datang tapi sebab kat KL punye pasal pastu hari Rabu, wa kena batalkan niat :/ . Sedih beb wa tak dapat pergi konsert band feveret wa. Tapi kesedihan wa terubat apabila nampak gambar nie.

How to build your body

I'm sure every dude want their body to look like Sylvester Stallone, Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), Hugh Jackman, Vin Diesel and hell a lot more. Well here's some tut on how to build your body. These

1. Try do as many push up as you can. Divide the amount of push up into 2. Example, if you can do as many as 20 push up, your reps in one set will be 10. Try to do three set in a day. After you got a hang in this, you can add 5 more reps. Do the same thing sit up and other types of workout of your choice.
2. Don't give up. Tired of workout?? Nevermind this is a common problem. Your body can do more than you know because there is a scientific study which suggests our brain is actually stopping us from doing more after series of workout because fear of injury. But our body can withstand all that strenuous workout.
3. Take nutritious food. Take more veggies and fruits. Eat low fat protein

St. Anger (album) my personal review

As we all know 2 albums before that (Load, ReLoad) not that really ''Metallica". The Metallica I knew was Kill Em All, Ride The Lightning, Master of Puppets, ...and Justice for All, Metallica (aka Black Album). However, this album (St. Anger) really turn the table round. Lars drumming was almost  metalcore

. Although this album does not contain any guitar solos, but the riff was fucking nice dude. Most of the bass parts were wirtten by Bob Rock as Jason Newstead left the band before St. Anger and Robert Trujilo joined the band on 2003 which recording on the album had finished. In this period, their vocalist, James Hetfield was sent to rehab for his addiction to alcoholism but returned to the band in April 2002 but was only allowed to work on the album from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.




The drums? Why the snare sounded raw? Easy. Drummer Lars Ulrich achieved a unique sound on St. Anger by turning off the snares on his snare drum resulting in a drum tone with far more "ring" than is usual in rock and metal. This sound received much backlash from fans and critics alike. Ulrich said, "One day I forgot to turn the snare on because I wasn't thinking about this stuff. At the playbacks, I decided I was really liking what I was hearing — it had a different ambience. It sang back to me in a beautiful way." Regarding the backlash about the sound, he stated, "It's crazy, that kind of closed-mindedness." Rock said, "I would say I've only [done something] this brutal [sounding] when I've done demos. It probably sounds heavier because it's Metallica, but really this was a 15-minutes-on-the-drum-sound type of thing."

How to flirt with girls

Ok this is my first tutorial. Well the purpose I give this tut is because most of the guy out there kinda forever alone because they don't know how to flirt. I may not be very hot guy in school, but I do know many girls and vice versa.

1. Be friendly. Girls like to socialize and they are friendly too. I don't see a harm in being friendly to girls.
2. Be a humorous person. I've asked many girls about their taste and they prefer a man with good sense of humor over a hot boy.  Of course they will have a crush on them but they will fall in love to guys with sense of humor. Remember crush only will last for 4 months (based on research, you can google it) and anything beyond that is called love.
3. Don't talk about their weight. EVER. Girls kinda paranoid when it comes to weight (sometimes not). That's girls logic 
4. Smile always. Don't be a grumpy drill sergeant. Smiling prove to be useful in flirting with girls. Remember, girls first impression is fucking important.
